I’m a Principal User Experience Designer and Researcher with a broad range of skills. As a User Experience professional it is my responsibility to lead and facilitate the problem-solving process by framing problems/solutions through the user lens, always. With cross functional alignment, user first mentality and design thinking rigor - this is where the magic happens.
Finding product value isn’t enough if the final product isn’t polished or refined. I relentlessly push and pull to create UI that is aesthetically pleasing, technically refined and delightful to use.
I’m very experienced at the strategic early stages (gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders and users, knocking out lots of sketches) and then turning the solution into a very detailed, elegant set of wireframes that are useful for non-technical readers and act as a specification for developers, whether they’re in the same room as me or halfway across the world.
I also have a background in traditional usability testing and user research. I’ve designed all kinds of websites and applications, from tricky form design on transactional sites that process millions in transactions every day, to highly bespoke intranets for huge global companies. I’ve done guerilla user testing for startups and created mobile apps, social media campaigns and content strategies. My passion is creating great user experiences no matter how large or small the audience.

Currently I’m working at Cox Automotive where my focus is on building and mentoring a team, teaching UX principals to a flourishing group of UX/UI designers and developers while leading the Credit and Compliance application designs for our Clients (Over 40 thousand New and used car dealerships all across the USA). This has meant producing exemplary work on massive mainstream projects as well as managing senior stakeholders.

My past clients and employers include Citi Group, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, Express Fashion, Bostonian Shoes, Museum of Fine Arts Boston and Boston Ballet.
